Third Grade Piece (Project Garage Band)

Project Garage Band, as the kids named it ended with the activity of an aural transcription. The rules were: no traditional notation, clefs needed to be mono-chromatic, and the symbols needed to be a collaborative effort by each group member (they were in groups of twos). I think it turned out nicely, it did take us around two class periods to complete, but once done we sat and listened to the piece as it went by.
